Hollygrove is a partner in Youth Policy Institute's new Hollywood FamilySource Center (FSC) which had its grand opening February 11, 2010. The Hollywood FSC is one of sixteen centers being opened in high-need areas across the City of Los Angeles to provide a continuum of core services designed to help low-income families become self-sufficient.
The FSC provides a range of services – from case management and multi-benefit screening to pre-employment services, child care, financial literacy, adult education, computer literacy, tutoring, mentoring, and legal services. Because of our excellent record of providing youth and family services and our long history as part of the Hollywood community, Hollygrove was selected to provide cultural and recreational activities, youth leadership training and parenting classes. Hollygrove is very pleased to be part of this dynamic new community center.
